Frank Castle's Journey
For more than 37 years, the hospitality industry has been my life. I've viewed this business from every angle, and I understand the immense effort it takes to build a successful venue. But I also know the frustration of operational blind spots—working hard only to see revenue disappear due to waste or lack of oversight.
I founded Castle Consultant Enterprise because I believe owners deserve better than guesswork. Discovering Sculpture Hospitality gave me the tools to offer true transparency, not just estimates. For me, this isn't about selling a service; it's about integrity. My goal is simply to provide the clear, honest data you need to feel completely in control of your business again.
Julio Gonzalez's Journey
I began behind the bar in the late 90s, seeing firsthand how pouring habits impact profit. While at Coco Loco's in South Florida, I first worked with Frank. My career later shifted to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, providing me with a corporate view of financial controls and brand standards.
When Frank acquired a Sculpture Hospitality franchise, I joined him, launching a 15-year focus on inventory analytics. I soon realized that many traditional bar management tactics actually work against ownership. This "Catch Me If You Can" moment—moving from playing the game to helping owners spot where it was being played—now drives my mission to provide true transparency and long-term profitability.
